Kiyan...the name says it all!
A multi cuisine restaurant nestled amidst vast water bodies, picturesque landscape & dim lights (can do something with the lightning though) at Dusit Devrana is truly opulence spelt in style.
We were just fifteen minutes short of their last order so we had to head straight into the main course.
To begin with chilled, compressed chunk of honey dew melon followed by freshly baked hot buns served with flavoured butter & olive concentrate. 
For main course we ordered Chicken sous vide, Gaeng Phad Ped Yang (roasted duck in thai red curry with lychee) accompanied with Jasmine Rice & on chef's special recommendation ..their delectable pickled Rajma Khichdi with homemade Urad Dal Vadi served with Lachchha Parantha, Stuffed Kulcha & Dal Makhni. 
Signed off on a raspberry melody ( raspberry rhubarb cheesecake) that just melted with a tangy-sweet flavour bursting on the palette .
Not to forget their amazing concoctions...moksha (apple, honey & cinnamon based mocktail) & Sanjivini ( a not to be missed cocktail). All in all, the entire experience was a tribute to all the five senses !!
