Sura Vie

If we break 'Suravie', it gives us two words - 'sur' in hindi meaning music & 'vie' in french meaning life! True to its name, food at Suravie creates a beautiful symphony that's a mix of comfort and eclectic cuisine. The only thing missing is good music!
Ambience is okayish - it's neat but falls short of providing a fine dine experience.
Being a Sanjeev Kapoor restaurant, it places much emphasis on presentation & taste.
Each dish served, is distinctive in taste & is a feast to the eyes. Sorry, I couldn't capture the mouthwatering visuals as they disappeared as soon as they appeared on the table. Managed to catch just one.
Initially our soup and starters were served cold but the staff immediately rectified on being told.
I can say we had a satisfying experience but may not want to visit this place again as it lacks the much needed vibrancy to pep up the mood!
