There’s always a fine line between a good dish and a perfect dish.
Thanks to the lockdown and of course you-tube, I’m learning to improvise some of the very simple dishes, which have been such a regular in our kitchen, that we have taken the ‘once perfected’ taste for granted and never gave a second thought on working upon them again!
