This post is strictly for the ones who are worried for the extra pounds they've gained, thanks to the lockdown.
No matter how hard we try to refrain ourselves from binge eating; truth is, everyday has become a cheat day during this quarantine!

These seven drinks for seven days of the week will increase your metabolism, do away with stored toxins and prepare your body for a healthy weight loss. But you will have to quarantine yourself from unhealthy calories if you really want to get back in shape.

Friday: Fragrant-Rosemary-Pineapple-Detox-Water
Add one cup of fresh pineapple chunks and 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary (you can use dried ones if fresh are not available) to three litres of cold water.
I prepare my ingredients, add water and let it sit overnight in the fridge. In the morning, I transfer it to my infusion jar and I’m good to go for the day.
